Any use of your account for purposes otherwise than those intended is strictly prohibited. Triman reserves the right to revoke any privileges if it is determined that unauthorized use or abuse has occurred.

This includes documents and data that are stored electronically and protected by accepted security measures such as firewalls, access controls and encryption. You agree to safeguard any such documents and information. Triman will not assume any responsibility or liability in the event you do not utilize adequate encryption or you otherwise do not securely safeguard any documents or information.

Customers to Protect Login Information

Customers should secure and safeguard their assigned user ID and pin information to prevent unauthorized access to Triman's server and any information or documents contained thereon.  Triman will not assume any responsibility or liability in the event you do not take adequate precautions to safeguard and protect your assigned user ID and pin information or in the event unauthorized access is gained to your account as a result.

Availability of Service

Triman does not guarantee the availability of hosted technology or that access will be uninterrupted or error-free.  Triman also reserves the right to interrupt, limit or suspend hosted technology from time to time for purposes of maintenance, upgrades or similar reasons.  You agree that Triman shall not be held responsible or liable for any damages arising from any interruption, suspension or termination of hosted technology, regardless of the cause.
